Lyle Herchenbach
General Manager

Lyle Herchenbach was born and rasied in Lindsay, NE and graduated from Lindsay Holy Family in 1984.  He lives on his family's farm near Lindsay with his wife of 32 years, Barbie. They have 3 children: Mike, Heather, and Becca and have 2 grandchildren, Isaiah and Kaia. He has worked at the Co-op since 1995 and is the Feed department manager.  His duties include overseeing the feed departments day to day operations and working with the many feed customers.

 
 

Frank Jasa
Agronomy Manager


Frank Jasa graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Scince in Agriculture.  He is the Agronomy manager involved in fertilizer and crop protection products.  Frank has 40+ years expereince in agriculture production and business.  He serves on the Nebraska Agri-Business  board of directors since 2014. Frank is married with 2 children and 3 grandsons.


 
   



Jon Johnson
Grain Merchandiser

Jon grew up in and graduated high school from Fairmont, NE.  He received an associate's degree in Agribusiness from Southeast Community College in 1981.  After working a couple of years in steel construction, he started working as outside laborer for a private grain company in Shickley, NE in 1984.  Beginning in 1990, he started his career in the Co-op system with Farmers Cooperative Assn. at Ong, NE, where he started as a custom applicator and worked his way up to assistant manager.  In 1997, he moved to Farmers Grove, NE.  In 2000, he became Grain Merchandiser for Tri Valley Cooperative and then Grain Mechandising Manager for Central Valley Ag.  Jon is now the Grain Merchandiser here at Farmers Co-op Lindsay. 
Jon and his wife, Jean live in Albion.  They have five children - Seth, Samuel, Luke, Lily, and April.

 
 
Jesse Schumacher
Agronomy Sales Manager

Jesse Schumacher grew up in the Lindsay/Humphrey area and lives north of Lindsay with his wife, Amber. They have two daughters with one on the way. Jesse has been in the agriculture buisness for 13 years and recently rejoined our team. Jesse is here to help with all of your farming needs. Jared Sweeter
Feed Sales
 

Jared Sweeter grew up on a small family farm in Southeast South Dakota.  Jared attended South Dakota State University majoring in Animal Science.  While attending school, Jared worked for the SDSU Research feedlot. Jared and his wife Kylie live outside of Lindsay with their two children, Cash and Hadley.  He has been with Farmers Co-op since 2013 and has a variety of duties including counter sales and beef sales.



 
 
Kyle Frauendorfer
Agronomy Sales
 

Kyle Frauendorfer was born and raised in Lindsay. He majored in Agriculture Economy and graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2017. Kyle started at the Lindsay Co-op in Sept. 2018. He and his Fiancé, Kali, live in Lindsay. Kyle is here to help farmers get the most from their crops. If you need help with soil sampling or a new fertilizer plan call and ask for Kyle!

   


Jacob Hall
Merchendise 


Jacob Hall is orginially from Colorado but graduated from Midland Luteran College in Fremont, NE.  After a few years in the corporate world, it wasn't what is was cracked up to be so Jacob started working for Farmers Co-op driving feed truck and working mill operations until transition into the office.  Jacob handles the inventory and scale operations along with a variety of misc. duties. Jacob is married to Karla and together they have 3 children Marley, Zoey & Sylvie.








Dale Schaecher

Dale Schaecher was born and raised in Lindsay, NE and graduated from Holy Farmily High School.  He lives in Lindsay with his wife, Ann.  They have three children and six grandchildren.  Dale has 40+ years experience in the fuel industry.  In 2016, the Farmers Coop bought out Lindsay Oil Co.  Dale joined the Coop team as manager of the Coop gas station.  Dale can help you with all your fuel delivery needs, oil, tires, batteries, filters, and belts.  Our card-troll purchases bill directly to your Coop account.  The service station has 24 Hour pay at the pump with either cash or a credit card.  Give the Station a call at 402-428-2415










 
 
Lynn Condreay

 

Lynn Condreay grew up on his family farm located about 12 miles Southwest of Lindsay.  He attended the University of Nebraska and graduated with a bachelors in Agri-business.  Lynn has worked in the

Co-op system for 40 years.  In 2008 he became the general manager here at the Co-op Lindsay.  Lynn and his wife, Chris, live in St. Edward.  They have three children and three grandchildren.
