Lyle Herchenbach General Manager Lyle Herchenbach was born and rasied in Lindsay, NE and graduated from Lindsay Holy Family in 1984. He lives on his family's farm near Lindsay with his wife of 36 years, Barbie. They have 3 children: Mike, Heather, and Becca and have 6 grandchildren. He has worked at the Co-op since 1995 and is the Feed department manager. His duties include overseeing the feed departments day to day operations and working with the many feed customers.
Jon Johnson Grain Merchandiser Jon grew up in and graduated high school from Fairmont, NE. He received an associate's degree in Agribusiness from Southeast Community College in 1981. After working a couple of years in steel construction, he started working as outside laborer for a private grain company in Shickley, NE in 1984. Beginning in 1990, he started his career in the Co-op system with Farmers Cooperative Assn. at Ong, NE, where he started as a custom applicator and worked his way up to assistant manager. Beginning in March of 1997 he worked for 1.5 years as Branch Mananger for F. E. C. in Bagley, IA. He then spent a year and a half with Farmers Coop Oil in Newman Grove, NE working as Grain Merchandiser/Grain Department Head. In 2000, he became Grain Merchandiser for Tri Valley Cooperative and then in 2003 Grain Mechandising Manager for Central Valley Ag. Jon is now the Grain Merchandiser here at Farmers Co-op Lindsay. Jon and his wife, Jean live in Albion. They have five children - Seth, Samuel, Luke, Lily, and April.		Jesse Schumacher Agronomy Sales Manager Jesse Schumacher grew up in the Lindsay/Humphrey area and lives north of Lindsay with his wife, Amber. They have two daughters and one son. Jesse has been in the agriculture buisness for 13 years and recently rejoined our team. Jesse is here to help with all of your farming needs. 		Jacob Hall Merchandise Jacob Hall is orginially from Colorado but graduated from Midland Luteran College in Fremont, NE. After a few years in the corporate world, it wasn't what is was cracked up to be so Jacob started working for Farmers Co-op driving feed truck and working mill operations until transition into the office. Jacob handles the inventory and scale operations along with a variety of misc. duties. Jacob is married to Karla and together they have 3 children Marley, Zoey & Sylvie.
		Lynn Condreay Lynn Condreay grew up on his family farm located about 12 miles Southwest of Lindsay. He attended the University of Nebraska and graduated with a bachelors in Agri-business. Lynn has worked in the Co-op system for 40 years. In 2008 he became the general manager here at the Co-op Lindsay. Lynn and his wife, Chris, live in St. Edward. They have three children and three grandchildren.
